At Nexus Badminton, we are committed to your performance on the court and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that rackets must have the factory plastic wrap intact on the handle and strings must be unplayed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the exchange or refund.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your badminton gear securely in the original shipping box, ensuring that racket heads are padded and all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
